All prices are per person and are subject to UK VAT at 20%.

Academic rate: A proof of full-time academic status must be sent to This rate applies to all people working full time for a university.

PhD registration: A reduced registration for PhD students under 30 years old is available on a first come first served basis. Proof of age and PhD status will be requested at registration and this registration is not refundable.

Note to authors

Please note each paper must have at least one author registered by Monday 19 July 2021. Papers with additional contributing authors registering after this date will be required to pay the standard conference fee that is applicable.

Any paper that does not have at least one author registered by Monday 19 July 2021 will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.

The author must be present at the conference to present the submission either orally or by poster presentation (all of which will presented virtually).

Please include your paper reference number when registering.

Registration for the conference entitles the attendee to the following:

  • Attend all conference sessions
  • Participate in discussions
  • Visit the exhibition and poster sessions
  • Access the proceedings (full papers) online in advance of the conference
  • Access the Special Report online in advance of the conference
  • Attend the Opening Forum on Monday 20 September 2021
  • The conference presentations after the conference
